Simple Process Description
Tire cutting system: waste tires are crushed into 3-8cm rubber blocks by semi auto tire cutting system or tire shredder;
Rubber blocks will be crushed into rubber granules or rubber powder by rubber granule production line or double roller rubber crusher production line;
Magnetic separators remove steel wire from rubber granules or powder;
Fiber separator removes nylon fiber from rubber granules or powder;
Fine grinder system: crush rubber granules or powder into more fine powder, like 60mesh, 80mesh, etc.
Water cooling system: every recycling line has independent water cooling system to cool machines and guarantee the recycling line continuous long time running well.
Sidewall Cutter Separate the sidewall of waste tire from its crown--first step to dispose waste tire, which makes it easy for next cutting. Our waste tire ringcutter is widely used in the reclaimed rubber powder’s production and the petroleum refining business.
Strips Cutter
Strips cutting machine can cut cycle machine to remove the wire tire sidewall cut into strips, and the width of the adjustable section. Two circular knives for special materials, hard and durable, can be used repeatedly grinding for no more than 1200 steel tires.
Blocks Cutter
Blocks cutter is used for cutting rubber strips into rubber blocks.3 pieces blades can run for at least half year,grind and sharp are necessary for maintain.
Steel Wire Separator
This Scrap Tire Bead Wire Separator Tire Steel Remover Machine is mainly used to separate the rubber and steel wire from tire bead of all kinds of tires, and you can get a complete steel wire ring.
Cracker Mill
This machine is mainly used to grinding waste rubber , tire , tube , flap and break the raw rubber materials.
